About Us

Pickling & Canning

Mehsling Farms was established many years ago in Colorado.  Uncle Joe started simple.  Growing his own peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers and learning to hand craft recipes for canning.  The product line has such favorites Spicy Bread & Butter Pickles, Uncle Joe's Red Salsa, Uncle Joe's Spag Sauce, Teufulshunde Kraut, and the award winning Green Stuff (Tomatillo Salsa).  Mehsling Farms  LLC, Established 9/7/25, Harrison TN
